We deliver Sunday & Wednesday (area depending) between 5am – 5pm, we cannot guarantee a specific time.
No problem! Our meals are transported and delivered in a corrugated box with cotton insulation and gel packs, designed to hold safe temperatures till 7pm. Our packaging is 100% recyclable.
12pm the day prior to delivery. If you miss the cut off please place your order and email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will always do our best to accommodate our customers.
We are currently servicing the East Coast and working every day to expand our reach! If you’re outside our current delivery area, please email email@example.com and we’ll do our best to get meals to you right away!
Best by dates are listed on the meal labels, 4-6 days are recommended.
Yes, we recommend freezing the meals upon receiving to preserve freshness.
All allergens are listed on the meal profile and ingredient page. We encourage our customers to communicate via email any food allergies when placing your order.
If you notice an issue please report it to info@Cleaneatsmealprep.com within 24 hours. We will not be able to address any issues that are reported after that time frame.

Yes, you can log into your account and cancel any order and a refund will be processed. Please note we ask 48 hour notice for any cancellation for refund.
